Imperialoutposttoys.com Took my money and never sent item

On 8/21/09, I ordered 2 toys from this company that were listed as in stock. They charged me for the full amount and did not send the toys. I checked on the their order page on their website and the items were listed as backordered. On 9/15/09, I asked for a refund by emailing their customer service. I have not received any emails back and they will not answer their customer service phone number. They have had my money for 10 weeks now and will not send me the toy, will not answer my phone calls or emails, and will not refund my money. This company is a fraud.
