Never received order for chew toys

I ordered my chew toys in August.
I have emailed them over seven times so far. First they tell me about the delay in shipping due to too many orders. (I never got the one about lead in the toys.) Then they say they don't have my paypal information. I sent it off right away. The rest of the emails they responded that they would send me a tracking number by the end of the week. Each time, they never sent a tracking number.
What a ripoff!
