Bank Holds Cash Deposits and Charges Overdraft Fees

Well this bank claims they are a second chance bank. At first I thought they where honest. The first time I supposedly overdrafted my checking account I called them and explain I had made a cash deposit in the bank so they told me I had to make sure I told the teller it was cash and I needed to post the same day. I found that strange, that I would have to tell this to the teller. So they waived 3 off the overdrafts and still charged for one which was $34.00. At this time well I felt it better than pay $136.00.. What finally pissed me off is when they tried the same shit! On April 11.. But this time they claimed I had bounce 5 overdrafts and they would settle for $85.00.. The way this bank works if you deposit $900 in atm they claim it takes 5 business day to clear. The other thing this was deposit in their atm at the bank. You so people understand I had over 1400.00 dollars in bank. And these fees where for Visa transaction ranging from $3.85 up to $39.00..
