Ripoff

I deposited $2500.00 cash into a bank of america ATM machine in a Publix grocery near my place of residence on the 24th of January. Upon the atm check they reported that the envelope came up empty, so they debited the amount shortly after crediting it. I reported it to the ATM claims department and they did their investigation and said they found no problem with the machine, however my money is missing. I had called and asked them for a video feed of that night I deposited to show them that I indeed deposited the money but never got anything from them. Also I made a police report and I am getting no response from them either. I am a college student and this is really hurting me can you please help me???
