Ripoff Constant Calls Won't take NO for an answe

I am hoping someone can help me with some information. I keep getting these calls from "Nationwide Mortgage" offering me a refinance on my mortgage. The number that displays on my caller ID is 999-999-1234. I have a block on unavailable calls on my phone so I assume this must be the way around that because obviously 999-999-1234 is a fake number. Most of the time all I get is the click of an automatic dialer, which just means that I didn't win the auto dialer lottery. On four separate occasions I did win the auto dialer lottery and there was a voice on the other end of the line. Each time they tell me they represent "Nationwide Mortgage" and they can get me a better mortgage rate. Four separate times I have informed them I an on the National Do Not Call list and they are in violation of the law by calling me and I am NOT interested.

Each time they promise me they will remove me from their list. Then the auto dialer calls start again the very next day! I've gotten 3 auto dialer calls in the last hour alone! Anyone had any success in getting these jackasses to go away? I'd like to file a complaint with the FTC and my State Attorney General but I need to find out who they are and what they are up to along with a real phone number and contact information. My gut tells me this is probably a scam of some sort. Why would a reputable company need to block their number from a potential customer?
