ALS made a mistake in crediting my payments and won't fix my credit

I have multiple loans (first and seconds) with Aurora.in December of I made all payments with one check - noting the individual loan numbers on my check. They applied all the payments to one loan. It took me 90 plus days to get Aurora to help me get this straightened out. I spoke with 11 service reps and no one would follow through.
Finally, towards the end of March I got this mess handled. Aurora corrected their derrogatory credit reporting on all but one loan - which they absolutely refuse to correct.
I have been talking with James Benitez since April and have sent him all the documentation that he as asked for. Once I provide him with what he indicated he needed; he changes his mind and asks for something else.
I am a small business owner and in bad economic times like this - I have to have my credit in tact.
This situtation was caused by Aurora and according to James, it is my fault because I paid multiple payments with one check. I have repeatedly asked to speak with someone else - like his supervisor. He has told me that he has no supervisor and that he reports directly to the president of the company.
Last week, he was so abusive on the phone, I was in tears. He actually told me that if I didn't drop this matter, he was going to contact the credit bureaus and ammend his orignal correction on the four other loans, reporting me late again - even though these were originally disputed and corrected. What is wrong with these people! It sounds like Aurora is being run by thugs. Where is the senior management while all this is going on. So unless James is running the entire company by himself - who is in charge?
I need my credit repaired. I can't get any help at all.
