I mistakenly sent a payment to an individual who is NOT a registered PayPal member a month ago.

I followed the instuctions to cancel the payment - didn't work! I have sent them numerous e-mails trying to cancel the payment - didn't get any response. The payment is just sitting there unclaimed.

As far as I am concerned PayPal is a 'Black Hole', and once your money goes there you will never see it again. They have my money, AND I WANT IT BACK!
