Biz@asuma unauthorized payment Internet

Paypal sent a payment in July to "biz asuma" of $19.99 on a subscription that I cancelled months ago. This was done through a website called Grants Mall -which has to do with government grants. I have no idea where they are located at. I didn't know I had to cancel through Paypal as well. I contacted them 3 times (biz asuma) by e-mail & they haven't responded, nor do I have the money back. I think Paypal also needs to double check before they send a payment out on subscriptions. I'm not use to Paypal & didn't realize they would automatically pull money out of my account. I never thought to go into Paypal to cancel with them as well. Don't order through this company as the info is not great & you can't print out the info they do send. Plus the other websites they directed me through wanted more money & I thought this place was to have all the info I needed. I didn't get anything out of the material they sent me. It was junk! This is one of the reasons why I don't like to order anything on the internet.
