Ripoff identity fraud fraudulent membership no identity verification

After applying for personal lines of credit to unrelated companies I received a notice from my banking institution of NSF fees. When I contacted my bank to inquire about the charge I was given the phone # of the defrauding company. Upon contacting the company I was informed that I did indeed apply to their site; eventhough I had never heard of their company. They informed me that I needed to contact the police and file a fraud/identity theft report so that my bank could reverse the NSF fee. I have seen on a web search that this company has many fraud claims against them. I am a poverty stricken individual and cannot afford the fees my bank has charged me. On top of that, there were other companies that I was a victim of on the very same day; within 1 hour of each other. I do not know how I am going to resolve this issue, but I do know that I am having a freeze and or am going to close my checking account.
