Companies associated with the business partner and first cousin (Tony Amico) of this companies listed owner (David Giorgione) have been shut down by Federal Regulators in the not so distant past.

I suggest:

Go to ftc. Gov and file an identity theft complaint against them.

Also:

BBBwestflorida.org to file an additional complaint with the better business bureau.

I suggest filing the identity theft complaint to avoid them utilizing your identity info for further fraud or theft and (hopefully) draw them back under the eyes of the FTC who will probably recognize their names.

FYI: They also operate a "Personal Voice Inc." company.
