Starting on Feb 5 Some credit card companies received calls from the phone # (408) 840-5485. The person using this number used my stolen identity such as social security number and used it to apply for credit cards. Some of the companies include Americain Express, Chase bank, City Bank, PC bank, Discovery and many more that have yet to be known. Their request have been accepted by most of companies and they issued the credit cards to me and valued around ten thousand of each card without my consent. At the time I received somes credit card on 2/15.2/16
2/17.2/18 at my home address. I did try to ask who applied for these cards to all company and the companies said the fraud used my name and my social security apply through the phone# (408) 840-5485.

I don't know what other things the fraud would do with my identity and I would like to report to San Jose Police Deparment to please investigate it for me.
