Ripoff did not cancel policy when I called now I owe their employees are ignorant Fredricksburg

I called when Geico screwed me over after my bank account was hacked into. I called and cancelled my Travelers insurance for my house that I was paying monthly on.

Now they want to know who I have it with and are trying to bill me 59.00 more dollars because their incompetent, ignorant, untrained, unprofessional, mouthy, rude morons who answer the phone did not do their job, they did not even note I called. Now they THINK I am going to pay?!? WRONG! They will not get 1 red cent, they have addressed in a name not mine, I don't go by that name and haven't for 5 years. They are ignorant, and simply don't need to do business. Do you know how to save money / do not go geico or travelers!!! They don't compare to the 'duck!' not even in the same planet!!!
