Travelers Homeowners Insurance
GEICO Ins Agency Inc Performed an inaccurate inspection on my home and will not correct it

An apparently untrained inspector from Travelers Insurance came to my house and unbelievably reported my home as a two story builfing. It is a one level split entry approximately 1100 square feet. The inspector reported it to Travelers as 2056 square feet.

Remarkably, Travelers, when I contacted them to report the error, doesn't seem to care. They insist that the inspection report, right or wrong is what the are using to calculate my insurance premium cost.
