I do believe they are just taking advantage of people. I was in BK and wanted to restore my credit. I went in to their Los Angeles area store. A small very dirty facility. But in my quest to restore my credit I went ahead and made a purchase there. They were the only one in a rush to give me credit after me BK. When I made my selection and prior to finalizing my sale. I asked the store manger if they would give me a certificate of authenticity. He answer was I would receive them in the mail after my first payment. Well first payment came and went nothing second and third payment came and went. So I stop making payments. I asked I will start making payment only I received what was promised by their staff.

Then the harrasment began at my workplace, cell, home and even my reffrences I used when I applied for credit.By a very thuglike indiviual who identifies himself as Frank Alvarez a attorney for Crown Diamonds. I would receive numerous calls from him at my work and he even used foul language with my coworkers. So after getting tired ofthe harrasment I called and complaint the calls did stop BUt now I still dont have my certificates and I am being sued by Crown Diamonds.

How is it that they get away with this thuglike actions!

My court is in March I would appreciate any of your horror stories with CROWN DIAMONDS.
