Got credit from them, choose an item, payments to high, so i choose not to take the item, they report to the credit agencies as charge off/voluteer surrender / the item never went out of the store

After my credit got approved, I choose an item after they cuote my payment I did not take the offer, payments to high, and over price. Never took the item out of the store I just left.

This #? Pleople report to the credit agencies as charge off / volunteer surrender / severall times call to the corp. Office never got fix and still reporting after close to 10 yrs. They keep renewing the charges
