please - be very aware of the staute of limitations. California = 4 years from the date of first major deliquency. If this has passed&YOU can legally REFUSE to pay based on this. Search the internet... Lots of things oin this. MOST people do not know this. IF YOU MAKE A PAYMENT - THEY CAN SUE YOU through their "unscrupulous" and very "shady" tactics... And trust ME& they will do EVERYTHING to do that.
