TCF Bank
Ripoff TCF bank cashed fraud check knowing not my signature and don't give money back

I went to deposit a check and noticed on my receipt the balance was wrong. Contacted TCF bank and received a printout of a check written by someone else. This fool filled out the check and signed my name and deposited it into his account at Bank or America.

I asked the bank to stop payment on the check and they told me "no, we have to investigate first." Well, TCF bank concluded that it was negligence on my part and they denied my claim! So this fool is walking around proudly with my $5000.00 and the bank does nothing!

How is this possible? I thought check fraud was illegal in the United States of America!?!
