Account Address Never Updated Despite Repeated Online Changes

FedEx has ridiculous service. I resided in New York 7 years ago, and I keep updating my address in my account, but when I called them, they had my New York address. When I questioned that, they told me I should call them to update it. I can see my address on the computer myself, and it was not updated. They also did not allow me to update my credit card online.
This is ridiculous in 2012.
They overcharge.
