I had good payment with this co then I got behind onepayment and they have added on more than $100. Per month my basic 2250 billis now at 400. Ripoff

I have had good credit paying my bill then one month i miss paying and they put on all these extra payment charges so they are a definate RIPOFF and I hope that you can go after them.
