Asc going up on intrest and payment & holding payment untill pass due

I have been with America's servicing co now a few years.
I think I was sold to them by Wells Fargo. Now I learn that they are all together. When ASC got my mortgage i was told it was a fixed rate. Only to find out later that it was not.

In 2005 my payment was $721.16 with Wells Fargo. Then went to $996.09 some time in 2007 with ASC. Now I never know what it is going to be. Every month they seem to add some extra charges.

In January My payment was $1154.69.
Extra charges were $4.99 unpaid laet fees and $50.00 other charges. What are the other charges? I don't know.

For years My payment was drated from My bank account, but I had to stop that a few months ago.
My payment was being drafted early, causing an over draft from my bank and an over draft charge and late fee from ASC. That would come to an extra charge of $115.00. Each month. Also even when ASC was drafting my payment each, they would report to the credit bureaus that My payment is 30,60 or 90 days pass due.

I am on s/s now, so I mail my payment in when My check comes in. My payment is pass due on the 16th of the month. I try to have it there by then, but i still have a $50.00 late fee each month. Even when the payment is there befor the 16th, I still get this charge.

Last month when I sent My check, I paid to have them have to sign for the mail. They received My payment on the 14th, but did not post it untill the 17th. So I was charged a late fee again.

I just received a statment for next months payment.

My payment will be $1099.70
late fees 59.98
other fees 50.00
thats a total of $1209.68

I would like to know who and how they make these charges. I am getting charged a late fee before the note is even due. There should be a law some where to stop this.

I've tried to refinace but thanks to ASC and thier reports, they have realy done a job on My credit score.
They will not try to work with you in no way to try and help. I have never missed a full month of paying. I have been 2 weeks behind.

There should be some help out there some where!!!

They are robbing people, and lots of them
