Ripoff extra charges added to statement every month Orlando florida

I got behind on my payment because I was ill. They in turn put me on this foreberance agreement. My payments went up 100.00 dollars an month. Then i was on strike and had to go into another agreement. Now my payment is 831.00. I've have been paying this but the balance never gets reduced. They also are including an escrow account for my taxes and my homeowners insurane. Iihave repeatedly sent them my insurance monthy statements showing that i am paying my insurance monthly. But however they say they never recieved them and now they are saying that i'm in the minus in my escrow. Here is the money i send them goining?
