Ripped off! They lied about how they do business and it is costing me money! Tn

I was told I could deposit my husband's checks in the bank even though he wasn't on the account. SO, i did. Now they have sent the check back cause they said they couldn't take it.

But they had no problem taking the money whe it was an aotumatic deposit into the account.

They are harging me $31.00 now because they screwed my account up byu doing that.

Not only that but the check that they sent back was half of my morage payment and i still have not gotten it. I am going to have late fees for my morage company now!!!

Do not use bank of america!!! Thay do not stand by what you are told at the bank when you start the account.
