Closed my account and charged 3rd parties and is a joke Ripoff Omaha

I had nothing but positive feedback with ebay and no problems. I had bought some items in the $1000 range. As far as selling is concerned I always shipped quickly and usually only offer a tracking number if the buyer asked, they rarely did because things arrived quickly.

A couple of my customers asked about buying TV's for their homes. I looked on ebay found several TV's, some to sell and some for customers. As soon as I received funds for these TV's (a few thousand) I woke up the next day with a message that my ebay account had been suspended. Then I went to PayPal and my account was restricted. I was pissed! PayPal gave me this crap about having to verify my identity, They wanted SS card, Driver's license, utility bill, etc. But what was really assinine is they wanted proof of shipping for most items shipped in the last 3 months and invoices! They had some ridiculous on line form I was supposed to fill out. I called them and told them I had received positive feedback on most of these items and a couple others were on their way. I explained that I do not provide tracking unless asked. They were very rude and said though they do not require it I should have kept all those records-right, why would I? I had emails from buyers confirming the merchandise was shipped and positive feedback.

The BS didn't stop there, that's for sure. They said I could not be reinstated unless I provided tracking or all my buyers sent them emails-yah right. After I submitted a lot of information they sent me an email saying my "credit wasn't good enough" to be a member and I was permanently suspended and this wasn't reviewable!

Then I received an email from a SELLER who I had bought merchandise from totalling over $500. I had received the goods in fine order. He says for no reason PayPal had just taken this money out of his account with no warning or expalnation leaving him with a negative balance. I guess PayPal just kept the money.
The I received another email from another seller who said PayPal did the same thing to them.

These people are the worst or the worst. I had an outstanding record with ebay and PayPal and now I have been cut-off from both.

Oh yeah, I just got a $300 bill from ebay, seems I am being charged for items that they emailed buyers telling them not to buy from me. The same buyers that I refunded all the money to as soon as this crap started with PayPal.

I found customer service to be extremely rude and arrogant, offering little answers and a lot of ridiculous nonsense.
