I have a seller's account on Ebay. I sold some items at auction and was to have the money deposited to my PayPal account. The items have been shipped and I have even gotten positive feedback from the buyers. For some reason, this week I received an email from Ebay saying that my account was being suspended but no reason was given. I was unable to call them about it until today due to the holiday and both times I talked to them (one of the CS people was named Joshua-cannot remember the first one) I was told that my account was being suspended indefinitely due to "risk, " but they would not tell me what the risk was because, according to them, they are not allowed to tell me. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that I would be told the same thing and then they hung up on me just after thanking me for being an Ebay customer! I believe I have the right to know just why I am a "risk" and to refute this lie.
