Not complying to fed. Law, will not send for asked information Irving

I am a Natalion gaurd solder who has been called to active dutie for my country. I took care of all the nessasary things during my pre-deployment, one was to use the solder and saliors relief act. I sent in all the information (which was lost) to Citifinacal. A couple of months went by while i was at Ft. Sill, my wife notified me that all our ceditors replyed with a lower interest and payment except one. I than called down to Irving Tx. Because that who you talk to when you are in a Chapter 13.

I was told to fax a copy of the orders and all would be taken care of. I talk to a women there and ask what our payments would be and she said it would be around 300$. Well i have nothing in writing on that or anything but that phone call. My wife sent 300$ for the following months. I was home on leave after 9 months in Iraq looking over bills and notice that the statement from Citifi hadnt change.

I called and talk to the same women I did in Sill. And was told that the interest was dropped but not the payment. So we sent in payments for a year 250 $ short. They didnt notify the Trustie that the payments were not in full our the bankr lawer. I was told that they defrurd the late months to the back of the note as a crutise to me.

I have since seen a JAG officer and sent certifed mail to Citifi. With no answer to me or JAG. I am wondering if any other sevice man are dealling with this. This a fed law Citifi. Is not complying too.
