Ripoff, excessive fees, unable to get an answe

I recently refinanced and discovered CitiFi is very creative. I paid $3,411.90 in attorney fees but don't get an answer as to what this "fee" was applied to. I was charged a mortgage release fee, several payoff quote fees, and a payoff statement fax fee. How much can it cost to press buttons on a fax machines? The real problem is an escrow balance for property taxes for which I payed $137 extra each month. My statment clearly shows an escrow disbursement, but on my credit report a tax lean is showing as unpaid back in 2003. The local tax office says no payment was made to them. When I refinanced nothing showed up on the title search according to the closing attorney. I hope they don't know CitiFi.

If there is any attorney out there interested, we need help. This is a terrible injustice just floating out there with no action taken. How can we ban together to fight this company or just put them out of business! I worked very hard for years paying my mortgage and yes, I was late many times. Trouble comes and goes. I am searching for an attorney now. Any help would be a service to the cause for corporate ripoffs that continue to get away with this kind of junk.
