Credit card ripoff

I recieved a call one day in October from a company named Oxford Finacial telling me I had been approved for a credit card with a 2000 dollar credit limit and no interest for 3 years. My husband and I dont have excellent credit so this was a way to build it back up..

The guy who called him self Kevin Lewis told me it would cost me a one time fee of 249.00 and I didnt want to it but I did. Well needless to say I never recieved the card but the did take 249.00 out of my account..
