Credit Card Scam, ripoff

I was contacted by a service rep that informed me that for only a one time fee of 249.00 dollars that i would recieve a credit card in the amount of 2000.00 dollars in 40 days. 40 days came and went i never recieved the card. Please do not be fooled by this company. I was don't make the same mistake. THe company is called Oxford Finacial.
