CREDIT CARD OFFER A FRAUD, They're out to TAKE YOUR MONEY, ripoff

I was a sucker for this. I had filed bankruptcy in June and am trying to re-establish my credit, I'm telling you this because this is what they did to me.

They called me in August offering me a Credit Card to re-establish my credit. They stated that it would be 0% interest for 4 years and then 4% interest after that for a lifetime and said that I would get a $2000 credit limit.

I was a bit leery but they were persistant, repeating the offer over and over and saying this would be a great way for you to start over, what do you think.
All you have to do is pay $249 to get this 0% interest Credit Card and you will receive the Card in 40 days.

Well I wanted to start re-building my credit so I took the offer not knowing that I would be Scammed like this!!!

DO NOT TAKE ANY OFFERS FROM THIS COMPANY-OXFORD FINANCIAL ALLIANCE - THEY ARE CROOKS!!! They will pay for what they did to me as well as everyone else who was effected.
