Oxford financial Allia ripoff took money from my bank account and nothing to show for it! Canada

I recieved a phone call from a women saying that i was approved for a credit card with a 2000 dollar limit but there was a one time fee of 249 dollars and the card would be mailed in 7 to ten days when it didnt come i called the number they gave me and the lady said it would be 40 days from the time the withdraw was made from my account needless to say i still haven't recieved a card and when i call the number i get a recording that says you have dialed a number that is not available from your callin area so please be warned don't do what i did
