Freedom Finacial Card - Financial Advisors & Associates ripoff scam do not give you information

A couple months ago I recieved a call from this company saying that I was approved for a credit card through their company. I was extremely happy until I recieved the card and the catalog 1-2 months later. I called the company and left numerous messages and no call back.
I called back a couple days later and actually got a answer I talked to a female and she told me that i could fax a letter to them if I wanted a refund and I did but that number did not work.

So here I sit with a stupid catalog that i have to order out of. I also have to pay 35% down and 23% shipping. My god come on. I want my money back. I'm a single mom of 3 and expecting in March. I don't have 200.00 just laying around for this B.S. If you tell me I'm going to get a 2000.00 credit card that is what I expect.
