Ripoff

I just found this website as i was about to pull my hair out because of charges that were allowed on a closed account

I do believe in going right to the top. Someone in a thread about Capitol One was able to find a phone # for the CEO, Richard Fairbank. Please help me! I don't care if it's a home or business #... How can I find it... The #"s I got for corperate were false... If you don't want to post it here, e-mail me privately or at least let me know of a way to find a real home or office number.

Please help! I promise I'll post a full report once i get this taken care of
