Ripoff - scammed me out of $249

I was called on my cell phone by a woman named Lisa from Oxford Financial and was offered a credit card with a $2000 limit interest free for 3yrs. She said all she needed was my account info and they would draft my account for a one time processing fee of $249 and I would get a package and my Mastercard in the mail in 40 days or 2-3 weeks. I have bad credit and i am tring to reestablish it.

I did apply for a credit card and was denied. She said that she was from that company in another dept and since I had been denied that card that they would offer me this one. She was very good because I can usually smell a scam. But they got me too. I waited about a week and a half after my account had been drafted and I was going to call them to check on my "credit card". I got online to look up the number to call customer service. I put "Oxford Financial Credit Card in the search engine and low and behold * CREDIT CARD WARNING AND SCAMS * came up.

I was shocked then I got very angry. I have been working daily on tracking down these people. I have filed reports with the FTC, BBB, Attorney Generals Office in New York and in Alabama. I went to my bank and explained what had happened with all the information I had gathered. They are reversing the ACH Debit ad made copies of my research. I also got the named of the 3rd party ACH Processor that drafted my account and the 15 digit tracking # of the ACH Debit then I called them. They are a legitamate company. I told her about the fraudulant company and gave her all the info I had on "Oxford Financial". They are starting their own investigation. She also gave me the name and number she had to the company that hired them. Now i am trying to get them on the phone. I will do my best to stop them from here in alabama. I'm not finished yet. I am going to call the news stations and the White House everyday if I have to.
