Household Finacial, HSBC, Beneficial, Advanced Financial Services, MERS. I am currently in the process of losing my home (My Wife and I built) to this or these institutions. My story is similar to many reports I have read. We first got involved with these crooked companies after a cut back in hours at work and a surgical procedure performed on one of my children among other things created a situation where we started to fall behind. A letter in the mail seemed to be the answer to our financial difficulties. Refinance the house and use some of the equity to get squared away. For now I will cut to the chase and tell you these companies worked hand in hand, using deceptive, preditory, and unethical practices breaking every State and Federal Statute that I can find related to Mortgage lending. Like I said, we were having financial difficulties before they stepped in, and if that was what led us to this Hell that my family and I are living and that we just couldn't work our way out of it I could accept that. These people, however, saw to it that we were not going to succeed. I am desperate to find help! We have alot of very interesting documentation that shows what kind of hoopla these folks are whipping up. Why will no-one even look at documents, corespondance, receipts, etc. Or listen to the wrong that has been done.
