They are stealing money Ripoff

Me and My husband were behind a couple of months because of no Job we have lived in this mobile home for over six years and GreenPoint credit was brought by the company I am dealing with noe GreenTree they set up a payment plan for about 4months then they told us we would be caught up her name she said was tony the last payment plan came around and the next day they called and said we were behind now they are calling harassing us and without notifying us they also took our insurance payments up the mobile home is not getting any newer I believe it is wrong to take someone payments up without being notified I ask them about this and the lady would not answer my question she then clicked me over to someone name dough he would not answer my question either and clicked me over but no one would never answer I am so tired of people trying to get money out of hard working people that are just trying to have some where to stay and take care of there kids plase someone help us
