Used To Be Conseco Help. Greentree on my back calling my dad and husbands job. Georgia

My husband was hurt in a wreck last year. We called greentree and they lowered our payment a little, we are 2 months behind now because my husband had to take lesser paying job because of his back. Anyway, greentree is calling dad and harrassing my husband at work.

We filed chapter 7 and they are trying to take our mobile home and land before we ever get to court. Can they do that? I do not want to be homeless. We were on the note with Conseco then it became Greentree. These people talk to us like we are dogs. WE live in georgia, any advice?
