Capital One ripoff overlimit fee, allowing unauthorized transaction, no customer notification before hand to stop the transaction

Capital One allowed an unauthorized transaction based on a 30 day trial offer from Profession Education Institute which through my account over the limit and then had the audacity to sharge me an overlimit fee. All this could have been avoided if Capital One reached out to me the consumer and asked if I was aware of this tranasation. I am not satified with this action and I am not a happy camper. This stinks to high heaven and I will not pay the excess to bring this account to good stading based on the unauthorized use.
