Ripoff unauthorized charge on a 30-day free trial offer long before the trial was up

Professional Education Institute (Carlton Sheets) used previous info regarding my Capital One Master card info for un-authrozed payment for a 30-day free trial offer with out my knowledge nor did PEI gie notification of the cost of the product in the "free Offer".
This is a rip off and has caused me to go over the limit on this credit card and also be charged an overlimit fee of $29.00. I have up to Sept.'05 to returne the product -but instead I have been charged for an item that I am no longer even interested in viewing based on the action the company has taken in their false advertisement.
