I have been charge an overlimit fee twice in a row. I have asked for a detail report showing my transactions with balance and they will not provide that. My last payment covered the alleged overlimit fee and put me under my balance/limit. They hit me with another overlimit fee. They have sent a notification that if I don't agree to an increase in the percentage rate then my account will be closed in Aug. 2009. I feel they are mismanaging my account because they want to close my account.
