Credit Card ripoff

I received a notice from SDC with my personal identification number for a credit card from "ISERVE" that I had immdediately cancelled. They had charged me $159.00 for this card that I have never received and did not want.

I have called numerous times and faxed my cancellation request over and over and they leave me on hold and refuse to give me the website to fill out a refund form.

This obviously is another rackett to get the money and refuse to refund it.
