Burce Sessler Cancelled Buzzquotes, but then refuse to issue proper credit ripoff

I signed up for BuzzQuotes with their rep Bruce Sessler in July. His selling point was the consumer had to go through 60 fields of information to receive a quote.

After 3 bad leads, with little infomation, and two other leads from states I was not licensed in I cancelled with Mr. Sessler. He indicated I would recieve a refund in the next billing cycle.

I am still fighting for a refund, which the are refusing to give. I have received 3 quotes only. My credit card was billed $500.00. I entered a dispute with my credit card company, after having been promised several times by Mr. Sessler a refund was to be issued. They are disputing my request, and now appear to be lying about delivering me leads, which I have received none, since cancellation.

Here is a direct quote from the owner of the company from the rebuttal of a previous complaint, "All of are transactions are 100% legitmit are clients pay only for the refferals that they recive..."
