On aug8th, i ordered a sample from sylk skin,
the postage was to be charged to my credit card. On aug 18th. They charged $79,87
to my credit card. I refused the package and marked return to sender, i have made numerous calls to 1-855-937-3871. They refuse to credit this back to my credit card. And will not allow me to talk to a supervisor. Now they want to send me another shipment with a return number, for a refund, but this new shipment will also be charged to my credit card. I said' no 'i do not want anything charged to my credit card. I want a refund!!!
