My wife's niece haveing bad health, found herself getting behind in her house payments, and faceing foreclosure. She got a letter one day from a Foreclosure Management company at 814 Denning Ford Rd. Portland Tn 37148 with a 1-888-325-2147 phone number. Being desperate, she called them, and left her phone number on their machine{whe are busy, and will call you back}. A few days later, she gets a call from "Foreclosure Solutions" out of Cincinnati Ohio, and they set up an interview with her at her home. My wife and I go to her home to sit in on the interview with her, and the guy really sounded like he had all the right answers to keep from loseing her home. So to get things started, she had to write him a check for about HALF of the price there service cost, then the other half within 2 weeks, Get this ; $995.00!! So what happens? She is foreclosed on, no home, and no $995.00. She writes them a letter, asking for her money back, {the man told her if they can't stop the foreclosure, they would refund her money} and she NEVER heard anything more from them. Haveing lost close to $50,000.00 on the house she did'ent loose any sleep over the $995.00, just wrote if off to one of lifes leasons. Untill called "Charles, Chuckie, Chuckthehusker" and he told me flat out "I don't refund money".

So If you are loseing your home, do not deal with Foreclosure Solutions, if you want to throw money away, drive past some homeless person, roll down your window, and make their day! Good luck and God Bless.
