Kyle Keithley aka Home Solutions ripoff - charges a fee to make an offer to buy your home, waited until sale date of foreclosure to let us know we lost our home

We contacted Kyle Keithley/Home Solutions Inc. After our nightmare with Wells Fargo Mortgage and the foreclosure of our home.

K. Keithley rang our doorbell and presented us with information that he could 'buy our home and stop the madness'.

He had us sign a contract giving him the legal right to obtain information about our mortgage in order to purchase our home and to pay him a fee of $500.00. This amount had to be paid up front.

We also submitted copies of bank statements, pay check stubs, etc. Which looking back were irrelevant to the purchase of the home. My guess is that he may have actually worked in conjunction with Wells Fargo in the foreclosure of our house.

His communication skills begin to fall off more shortly after he had all this information and as the foreclosure date got closer we had to call HIM to get any updates or status. The actual date of the sale that he said would never happen, my husband called him early and was told he was busy and didn't have time to talk.

Later that evening when we finally did get in touch with Keithley, he at that time without any previous warnings, stated that our home had not been taken off the sale list for forclosure and made the statement that "guess some things just fell through the cracks".

We are filing a report against him with the local D.A.'s office and asked for our money back several times, but he said, "he would not apologize for the quality of work he did'. My question is just who was he working for at our expense? What's worse is this man was so convincing in the beginning that I was passing out pamplets for him!
