How to stop overdraft fees, banks are stealing our money

Hello my name i bob,

I was just charged 136.00 for over draft fees. Overdraft fees has gone up again to 34 dollars. I use my debit card for many transactions. I always use the on line banking to verify my purchases and spending. Yesterday i looked at my account and noticed i had 32 dollars, my direct deposit came through the next morning at midnight. When i woke up my money was in the account but they removed the 136 dollars for fees. I noticed all transactions were already taken out of my account, from the past week. When i called my customer service line they explained that all the purchases were taken out, but visa never claimed them. Therefore they credit it back. Making it look like you have more then you do. Then when they do claim it, it is taken out again. Which could cause a overdraft fee. And of course there not going to help you at all. Heres were we fight back!!! Go to your local courthouse, file a small claims lawsuit. Costs around 50 bucks, they will most likely settle, if not there losing alot of money sending there lawyer there. Even if you lose you still won!!! Imagine if everyone did this? This could possibly be the end of high overdraft fees!!!
