Ripoff $249

Trying to obtain good credit get a phone call on cell at work one day saying I had been APPROVED for $2000 limit 0% APR for 3 years then low APR after that. They went on for a minute and said all it would cost is $249. Had not recieved any approved notices anywhere else agreed to the charge and was told I would recieve my MASTERCARD with in 7 days. After this time had come and gone and I was not able to get in touch with anyone at the number I had I did a search online and found out I was not the only one who had been scammed.
