Centurion Fraudulent Mastercard Offer RIPOFF

I was contacted by Mark Lenex of Oxford during the last week of May. He told me that I was approved for a Mastercard with a $2,000 limit for a fee of $249.00. I asked how he got my name and number. He said that I had applied for a credit card recently and was turned down, but now I have approval and his company was given the information by the other credit card company. I had applied for a credit card just a couple of months before this call from Oxford.
I was very wary at first, but this guy worked on my for a very, very long time. He had a good answer for every question I asked. He already had most of my private information. There is no way he could have known all that without it being legitimate, or so I thought. This is what made me finally agree to take the Mastercard and pay the $249.00.
Needless to say, I got scammed and was robbed. Oxford Financial stole my $249.00 and I got nothing in return. I have called them about 20 times and left messages to no avail. I finally went to my bank and filed a dispute. Of course, the bank says that because I gave authorization the bank is not responsible. However, there is a dispute that can be filed. I was told by the bank if I am on tape authorizing this charge then I probably won't see my money again. I said if I am on tape, so is Oxford Financial, Mark Lenex. Mark Lenex would be on tape lying through his teeth to me. I agreed to prosecute shoule it come to that. I had to have the dispute notorized, but the bank did that for free. I should know in about 10 days what is going to happen.
Don't lie to your bank as is recommended some of the current postings. If you lie you become as fraudulent as Oxford Financial. Honesty is the best policy. Be truthful with your bank. File a complaint with the BBB and FTC and your state attorney general, as I did. We will get those crummy, blood sucking, cruel scammers. We will win!
