Charge my bank account without my permission ripoff charged account without permission

I was going over my online bank account when I noticed a
$9.95 charge from USA Benefits. I contacted them and they stated we need the last four digits of your social security number to verify. I was like How did you get my social security number and personal information. They stated they received it from a third party on May 4th. I stated to them they did not have my permission to charge my bank account. And they should not have my PERSONAL INFORMATION.
