Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

Yesterday USA Benefits stole 19.95 from my account. I have never even heard of this company before now. When I saw the transaction on my online statement I contacted the company. A woman by the name of "Diane" who claimed to be a supervisor would not even tell me what the company does or provides.

In addition, she refused to tell me how they got my information but later in the conversation stated that my name was not even in their system. But, she would not cancel the transaction or take any action unless I provided her first with MY bank account number and social security number. She also asked me for my husband's name claiming that maybe he or some one else living in my household opened an account with them.

I am a business owner and I know this is bullcrap! She was very rude the entire time I spoke with her and towards the end of the converstation I informed her that I would contact my bank and report them to the BBB due to their incompetence. If anyone else reads this or knows anything about this company DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND IF THEY STEAL FROM YOU TOO REPORT THEM! Usa benefits are running scams everyday on innocent people! Just look at how many people have reported them here and the list just keeps on growing!!!
