Charging my bank account w/out permission and refuses to explain even what services they offer!

I have now been charged two separate fees of $19.95 from USA Benefits. I do not know how they got my banking account info to do this. Upon calling the 1-800 number, I was told that they could not discuss with me what types of services that they offer without giving them my social security number. To this I explained that I was NOT giving them ANY more info, and that the info that they already have has been fraudulently obtained. I demanded that they refund my monies and NEVER charge my account again. They still followed this up with, "We can not speak to you about this, nor guarantee that you will not be charged again w/out your SSN."
